Need to fatten a plant up

Greetings,
I have what I believe is a Dracaena Deremensis but he's looking kind of scrawny.

I'd like to beef him up a bit and wonder how I can do that.

You can prune it back to make it bushier and use the cuttings to put back i nto the pot to add more stems/growth to fill it in.....
