This is my Sister's hibiscus - Oct 30/12 - it looks gorgeous even just in bud. Crazy that in Zone 8a it doesn't want to open up into full bloom. But good for me because she's going to give me a piece of it. - But now that I've seen Dan's yellow & white one, I really want one like that!!
Gardening requires a lot of water - most of it in the form of perspiration.

Nice! The leaves almost look like perennial hibiscus.
