- ½ cup ice cubes
- 1 cup cubed seedless watermelon
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
- 12 fresh mint leaves, plus 2 sprigs for garnish
- 1 cup coconut water
Combine the ice cubes, watermelon, lime juice, mint leaves and coconut water in a blender and purée until smooth. Garnish each glass with a sprig of mint. Serve.
