Watermelon mint refresher

Cheers to warm summer sun with watermelon, lime and fresh mint!

So hot that all you want to eat is a piece of cool melon? We know the feeling. This light and refreshing smoothie is a mix of watermelon, mint and lime with the added hydrating benefits of pure coconut water.



1 Combine the ice cubes, watermelon, lime juice, mint leaves and coconut water in a blender and purée until smooth.

2 Garnish each glass with a sprig of mint.
